Using Telegram RO

These terms apply to the Telegram RO website and game. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Telegram RO is an independently operated game and is not operated or endorsed by Telegram. Ragnarok Online names and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

Your account

You must meet Telegram's age and eligibility requirements and the laws that apply to you. Where required, a parent or guardian must authorise your use and purchases. Keep your Telegram account secure. Do not share login codes or session credentials, impersonate others or access an account that is not yours.

Fair play and community conduct

Do not cheat, automate gameplay without permission, exploit bugs, duplicate items or currency, manipulate auctions, abuse multiple accounts, commit payment fraud or interfere with the service. Do not harass others, share unlawful content or disclose another person's personal information. Report security issues privately to an administrator rather than exploiting or publicly distributing them.

Game items and purchases

Game items and Cash Points are for use within Telegram RO. They do not grant ownership of the game, constitute money or provide a right to cash redemption. A checkout must identify what you are buying and the price before you confirm. Read our purchases and refunds policy before paying. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Completed Kafra Shop purchases using Cash Points and NPC purchases using Zeny are final: we do not offer refunds, exchanges, substitutions or manual changes for mistaken selections or changes of mind. Check the item, quantity, price and character before confirming. This rule does not exclude remedies required by law or Telegram's applicable payment rules.

Availability and changes

We may update features, events and game balance. Maintenance, network failures and other faults can interrupt access, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We communicate significant service notices through our Telegram RO updates and announcements. Changes affecting paid purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Moderation and account restrictions

We may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate action to protect players and the game economy, including reversing exploit-created gains or restricting accounts. Where appropriate and lawful, we provide an explanation and a way to request review through support. A restriction does not automatically remove any statutory refund entitlement.

A confirmed chargeback or payment reversal affecting a Telegram RO purchase will result in the purchasing account being locked from connecting to and playing the game while we review and reconcile that transaction, where permitted by law. Restrictions may also apply to accounts verified as involved in related payment abuse. Confirmed fraud or deliberate chargeback abuse can result in a permanent ban. A good-faith refund request or exercise of a legal right is not, by itself, grounds for a ban. The chargeback policy explains the review and appeal process.

Responsibility and your rights

You are responsible for your conduct and content you submit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a term is unenforceable, the other terms continue to apply where lawful. You retain protections provided by the consumer laws that apply to you.

Contact and changes to these terms

For game, payment or privacy enquiries, visit our Telegram RO community, support and suggestions group and ask an administrator for help. For an account or payment issue, request a private conversation with an administrator identified in the group before sharing details. Do not post receipts, transaction identifiers or personal information publicly.

We publish the date of revised terms and communicate material changes appropriately. Purchase terms are made available before payment; changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
