About this policy

This policy explains how Telegram RO handles information for its website, game and support services. References to “we” and “us” mean the operator of Telegram RO. Telegram operates its own platform separately.

Information we process

When you sign in through Telegram, we verify the sign-in information supplied by Telegram and use your Telegram user ID, an optional username and the bot identifier to connect you to your game account. We do not need your Telegram password, login codes, contact list or payment-card number to provide the game.

We store information needed to run your account, including characters, progression, inventory, virtual currencies, guild membership, in-game mail and preferences. Character names, guild information and messages you share may be visible to other players according to the feature you use.

We process connection and security information, such as IP addresses, session information and relevant service logs, to provide access, investigate faults, prevent fraud and protect accounts. Purchase records include order and Telegram charge references, the receiving account, Stars amounts, accepted terms, and delivery or refund status. We also process information you choose to provide when asking for support.

How and why we use information

We use information to authenticate players, maintain progress, operate game features, deliver and reconcile purchases, resolve enquiries and keep the service fair and secure. Where applicable, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Where consent is required, we request it separately and you may withdraw it.

Website, cookies and local storage

This website does not create game accounts, collect card details or use advertising analytics. Cloudflare delivers the website and artwork and may process connection information and use security technologies to protect the service. The game uses essential session cookies and local storage for login and preferences.

Telegram groups and support

Joining our Telegram channels or groups is optional. Your profile information and messages are visible to others according to Telegram's settings and the type of chat. Keep payment, account and privacy details out of public posts. We use information supplied in a private support conversation to investigate and respond to your request.

Sharing and international processing

Telegram handles Telegram accounts and Stars platform functions. Hosting and content-delivery providers process information needed to operate our service. Our game infrastructure uses locations in Europe and Singapore, and Cloudflare operates globally, so information may be processed outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply to our use of these providers.

We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect accounts or resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as it is needed for the purpose described here. Account and gameplay records support your ongoing account; security records support proportionate abuse investigations; transaction records support delivery, refunds, disputes and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, whether the account remains active, an unresolved enquiry or dispute, and applicable legal requirements.

You may request account closure or deletion through support. We assess the request, verify ownership where necessary, and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements. Deleting a Telegram conversation alone does not delete your game account.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain uses, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity without asking for your login credentials.

Contact and policy changes

For game, payment or privacy enquiries, visit our Telegram RO community, support and suggestions group and ask an administrator for help. For an account or payment issue, request a private conversation with an administrator identified in the group before sharing details. Do not post receipts, transaction identifiers or personal information publicly.
